Meditation is a process of making our mind very relaxed, and it also controls our mind from thinking negatively. It keeps us healthy in various attitudes. It helps us to reveal things of healthy nature. Actually meditation is very powerful weapon to control our disorders like diabetes, blood pressure, obesity etc. It also gives various us relaxation to our body as well as to our mind. Through meditation one can lead a peaceful life, and through this a complete change in our day to day activity takes place. And moreover, it also regulates our blood circulation and increases our strength and stamina, through which our immunity power also will get increased.
